Why Choose Me

Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision. You deserve someone who understands your challenges, respects your individuality, and helps you find practical ways to feel better.

I bring warmth, authenticity, and clinical expertise to every session. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth, helping clients feel supported while building real tools for everyday life.

I hold a certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and have additional training in infertility, anxiety, and autism, allowing me to provide specialized, evidence-based care that honors each client’s unique experience.

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, infertility, and autism. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and rooted in compassion, sensitivity, and genuine connection.

As a licensed therapist in New York, Illinois, South Carolina and Indiana, I offer telehealth therapy for adults that is flexible, accessible, and supportive of your real life. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, empowered, and capable of meaningful change.

Support for navigating emotional changes, identity shifts, & the challenges of early parenthood. As a therapist and a mom, I understand how complex this season can be and strive to create a space where you feel seen & supported.

College Mental Health

Adjusting to new environments, balancing responsibilities, and figuring out who you are can feel overwhelming. Therapy can help you manage anxiety, navigate change, and build confidence as you move through this important stage of life.

Autism & Neurodiversity

Therapy that embraces neurodiversity and helps build self-understanding, confidence, and coping strategies. I’m passionate about supporting autistic clients and their families in finding strength and acceptance through a neuroaffirming lens.

What Therapy With Me Looks Like

Therapy with me is a judgment-free zone where we tackle life’s challenges together—whether it’s navigating pregnancy, postpartum life, infertility, anxiety, grief, or experiences related to autism and neurodiversity. We’ll talk, reflect, and sometimes laugh (because a little humor goes a long way!), all while focusing on practical strategies you can actually use—think stress-reducing tools, realistic routines, and ways to make daily life a little easier.

Sessions are collaborative and tailored to you. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to handle life’s twists and turns—without overcomplicating things or making therapy feel like just another to-do on your list.
